Microcredit for Mothers’ organizational structure is fairly straightforward. The foundation consists of the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board and several teams of volunteers.

We have the following teams: Team South Asia, Team Sout East Asia, Team Fundraising, Marketing & Communication, Team HR and Team Finance. Every team has its own manager. In Asia, we work with local partners.
